Nutty Return Policy


Return your item(s) effectively by following the IMPORTANT TERMS:

  1. Return period: Return Item(s) must be shipped/posted out by you within 12 working days of receipt. Our team will follow up the tracking number that is provided by you!
  2. Returns can only make one time per order number. Any order made with return credit is not eligible for return at the consequent time.
  3. Item(s) must be in its original condition at the time you have received it: hang tag remained intact, unworn, unwashed  and unaltered
  4. Item(s) must be placed in the original packaging that we have provided.
  5. Returns must include the receipt/invoice slip that has been included in the parcel earlier as proof of purchase. If you have lost it, you may reprint it under your account.
  6. Non-returnable item(s) is not eligible for return: Specifically stated non-returnable items, On sales item, accessories, swimwear, stocking, discounted item(s) using discount codes (unless specified returnable), Pre-order items (unless specified returnable), orders made with account credits, and free gifts by Nutty.
  7. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
  8. Our team will get back to you once the return item(s) is received by us and we will email your credit balance once the item is received and confirmed. This normally takes 2-3 working days after receiving your returns.


WHAT ITEM CAN BE RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Nutty provide returns for ALL item, except the following non-returnable items: Specifically stated non-returnable items, On sales item, accessories, swimwear, discounted item(s) using discount codes (unless specified returnable), Pre-order items (unless specified returnable), and free gifts by Nutty.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN THE CASE OF RETURN

You are welcomed to return us your purchased item, the amount paid will be transferred as RETURN CREDITS in your registered account that can be used on your next purchase! (We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed). 

Processing fees in case of return: 

A processing fee of total RM 7 will be charged per item when you are returning any item to us. Therefore, customers will receive: Return Credit Note (NO CASH REFUND) = Item price - (minus) Initial Shipping Costs*

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE 

Contact with our team before you exchange and our team will further assist you immediately!

The exchange rule is the exactly same as the return. But in addition, 

  • you can exchange an item for only once - either exchange under your purchased item but different sizes / on other items that lower or equal price to your exchanged item (differences will be transferred as your credit) 
  • Shipping costs in both ways are borne by the customer. (you return us the exchange item followed by we send the requested size/lower or same price item back to you).
  • Exchange item is subjected to stock availability. In the case of no stock on your requested item to be exchanged, you will be receiving the credit note in return! 

For your own protection

The return parcel is under customers' responsibility and NUTTY is not liable for any lost return parcel/ additional taxes incurred for return parcels. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

 (iii) ALL Reasons listed below (1-6) are NOT considered defects:

1) Colour variation from product photos, e.g. fuchsia vs red.
2) Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc .
3) Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements
4) Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.
5) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.
6) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. (inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn, etc)
*Proof of defect must be verified by NUTTY’s team to be eligible*
